The recent opening of West Virginia’s medical marijuana registry is a good sign that marijuana dispensaries in the state will begin to open soon. There are currently some stores in West Virginia selling hemp-derived CBD products, however dispensaries with actual medical marijuana products containing THC will not be available until summer 2021 at the earliest.
Dispensaries will be offering a range of medical marijuana products such as pills, oils, topicals, marijuana flower, tinctures, liquids, and more. Patients will also be able to get treatment advice from dispensary representatives regarding what strains and types of medical marijuana may be best for them.
